At Kilbowie, we constantly evaluate our own performance and visiting groups feedback in order to deliver the best experience possible.
What you have told us:
1. Every visiting group tells us that they have had a fantastic experience, seeing positive changes in their children such as, becoming more confident, achieving things theyhad not thought possible, achieving many of the criteria/goals of the Curriculum for Excellence, particularly with regard to teamwork.
2. You think our instructors are friendly, patient and kind, who strive to bring out the best in the children.
3. Most groups praise the quality of the meals.

Your concerns:
1. Most concerns with kilbowie are to do with the visiting staff bathroom facilities.
2. The need to upgrade the visiting staff accommodation.
3. Improvements of the games room facilities.
What we will do:
Every member of kilbowie staff will continue to give 100% effort to ensure the children of North Lanark continue to have a memorable experience.
We are very aware of all the concerns regarding the visiting staff facilities, therefore in this financial year an ongoing refurbishment will begin, in these areas.
We are, at present reviewing and updating the games room facilities.

If We Get It Wrong!
At Kilbowie we try to provide the best we can. However, we know that we wont always get it right. We are very open to suggestions as to how we can improve the service we provide.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
If you feel there are any problems or issues to be addressed please approach any member of staff and we will try to resolve them. If there is a serious issue, such as regarding a member of staff, you should speak to Drhue, the Principal,
or Andy, the Depute Principal.

We will try to resolve any verbal complaint immediately. However, if this is not possible you can write to:

Please provide your name, address, telephone number, details of your complaint indicating which aspect of the service you are dissatisfied with. If you have raised this matter with an employee of the department before to whom did you speak?
On receipt of you complaint it will be given a reference number, logged and passed on to the appropriate member of staff for attention. The complaint will thereafter be referred to by the reference number to ensure confidentiality and accountability.
Receipt of your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
