Q     If equipment breaks down

A       Consult ICT co-ordinator – Log call with ICT & Technical Services


Q       If you require training for staff with ICT in relation to learning and teaching

A       Consult ICT co-ordinator – Contact ICT  Development Officers  by logging call with ICT & Technical Services.


Q       If you need a password for staff to be able to access Click & Go from home…  

A       There are 2 C&G Admins in school usually the HT and Chief Clerical


Q       If you want an extra network point, installation…. etc

A       Log Call with   ICT & Technical Services.

Q       If you want to check on an existing repair

A       Contact ICT & Technical Services. with logged call reference number


Q       If you require a new FirstClass email account or require an amendment to an existing account

A       Phone by logging call with ICT & Technical Services. and choose first class option or Fax form (available on centre’s website and in FirstClass), contact Contact Development Officers ICT


Q       If you require support with FirstClass

A       Contact Development Officers ICT by logging call with ICT & Technical Services.


Q       If you need support with any aspect of Click & Go, Seemis packages or ScotXed

A       Contact Headquarters


Q       If you require help with any aspect of Glow

Q       If you wish advice on purchasing equipment

Q       How do I access the QDS catalog

A       The QDS CPD Catalogue is no longer accessed via FileMakerPro. CPD find can be accessed at http://northlan.cpdservice.net/
Contact your school CPD Coordinator if you require a username and password or if you are having difficulty logging in. Guidance notes are available on the site, log in and go to the Help tab on the front page where there is a series of FAQs and a link to let you download a full set of user notes.
